Carl Cox is returning to Ibiza this summer with a residency at [UNVRS], the brand new “hyperclub” opening on the former Privilege site – once the largest club in the world.
News of Cox’s return comes almost a decade after he ended his world-famous residency at Space Ibiza, which ran for some 15 years until 2016.
Cox will return to the White Isle on June 22, 2025, before taking over a regular Sunday night slot at the brand new nightclub until its closing event on September 21, 2025.
Described as “history in the making”, Cox’s residency is the first announced at the new club.

“This is more than a comeback; it’s a reunion with the island that shaped so much of my journey,” Carl Cox says. “I’m ready to take it back to what it’s all about — unfiltered, soul-stirring music.”
“Sundays at [UNVRS] is something I really want Ibiza to experience. It’s the night I believe the island should have.”
Cox will head up a series of events at the new venue curating line-ups featuring techno and house talent from around the world, promising “musical authenticity, boundary-pushing curation, and an unshakable commitment to the dancefloor”.

Details around Ibiza’s newest venue [UNVRS], which is billed as the world’s first “hyperclub”, emerged last summer. The venue is said to bring together “high-end” clubbing with “the scale and ambition of arena events”, according to owners The Night League (Ushuaïa, Hï Ibiza).
“Carl Cox at [UNVRS] isn’t just an event; it’s history in the making,” says The Night League’s Yann Pissenem. “Carl’s legacy is inseparable from Ibiza’s story, and with this new residency, we’re setting the stage for the next era. Sundays will never be the same again.”
