Body Movements has also confirmed details of its new location for 2024, which will see it move from its multi-venue home of Hackney Wick to Southwark Park in South London.

Dubbed the “new playground”, Southwark Park will host over 50 artists across five custom stages – all decked out with “high-end” sound and lighting.

In a statement on Instagram, the team behind Body Movements said: “We were dreaming of a space that we could call our own, safe and sheltered but vast and open, a space where queer expression could thrive.”

“We never imagined this project would grow from a DIY, radical queer gathering in Hackney Wick to having the opportunity to develop into an open space,” the statement continues.
