Where are you in the world right now?
Right now I’m in Barcelona, Spain! I have a show tomorrow night
What was the last club you played at and which country was it in?
The last club I played at was in Slovakia at the Ministry of Fun.
How did you come up with the name Morten?
My Mom and Dad gave me that name haha.
What do you love about being a DJ and what do you love about being a Producer?
What I love most about being a producer and performing is seeing the crowd react. I love creating an exciting environment and bringing out the best emotions for people, and for them react to the music I make in the most positive ways is my favorite thing.
Who has been your biggest inspiration?
My family has been my biggest inspiration throughout my career.
What would you say was the golden moment in your career?
The golden moment so far was premiering my 1st ever record ‘Never Be Alone’ on the MainStage at Tomorrowland, that was such a surreal moment for me, in front of all those people, on the world’s biggest stage.
You work very closely with David Guetta and you’ve both created this new future rave sound which is taking over mainstages all over the world. How did this partnership with David start and where do you see it going?
We started making music about 4 years ago, when I sent David some music and some ideas. From there we both fell in love with the sound, the movement, and one thing led to another, we started to develop ideas, and now our direction is to keep pushing boundaries and creativity in the music and live scene.

What projects do you have coming up in 2023?
This year on the live side, I am playing all over the world on some of the world’s biggest stages. Music wise, I have another collaboration with David coming out, and several solo releases in the works.
What are you most excited about playing in the Box at London’s most iconic venue, Ministry of Sound?
Honestly, it has been a dream of mine to play at this iconic venue ever since I heard of it. I am beyond excited to come to London to play in front of all of you, and see this club and all of the stories I’ve heard come to life.
Finally… What can you promise fans ahead of your set on Friday 24th February? Will you be playing any new music?
I can PROMISE that you will be hearing a bunch of unreleased music, and I will be bringing you the BIGGEST party Friday night in London. You do not want to miss everything I have in store for you.
