Chicago’s ARC Music Festival announces 2024 line-up

ARC Music Festival has unveiled a mammoth line-up for its 2024 edition.

Taking place in the birthplace of house music, Chicago, the city’s Union Park will host many of the finest names in house and techno during the day, alongside a wide slate of after parties spanning 13 venues at night, which are only accessible for ARC festival pass holders.

Legends such as Carl Cox, Green Velvet, Honey Dijon, Derrick Carter and Armand Van Helden are heading up the bill, alongside the biggest names in the new school of house and techno, such as Sara Landry, Charlotte de Witte, Jayda G and grime icon turned house DJ Skepta.

Further DJs on the bill include international heavyweights, rising favourites, and many of Chicago’s influential pioneers, including DJ Heather, Terry Hunter, Avalon Emerson, Disclosure, Sven Väth, Sammy Virji, LP Giobbi, Barry Can’t Swim, Marshall Jefferson, DJ Seinfeld, Daria Kolosova, SYREETA, salute, FJAAK and KETTAMA.

The fourth edition of the event also includes a number of special B2B sets as the festival looks to elevate its programming, with those locked in including Carl Cox B2B Green Velvet, Hiroko Yamamura B2B DJ Hyperactive, Derrick Carter B2B Mark Farina, Detroit Love (Carl Craig B2B Moodymann), DJ Holographic B2B Shaun J. Wright, Hot Since 82 B2B Chris Stussy, House In HD (Terry Hunter B2B Mike Dunn), Good Girls (DJ Lady D B2B Lori Branch B2B VITIGRRL), DJ Boring B2B Young Marco and DJ Heartstring B2B Partiboi69.

The daytime festival takes place across Labor Day Weekend, August 30 to September 1, with the accompanying ARC After Dark parties spanning across five days, from Thursday through to Monday.

ARC will be offering the same high production levels which have made it a firm favourite in the international festival calendar, with all four stages from 2023 returning: the imposing Grid main stage, the psychedelic elrow tent, the atmospheric Expansions, and the intense, fan-favourite Area 909.

Tickets go on sale Friday, March 15, at 12:PM CST via ARC’s website.
