Last year, as part of Mixmag’s Functions series, we spoke to Fiasco! Editor-in-Chief Reece Spooner who shared that Fiasco!’s mission is about “uplifting and showcasing Black and queer DJs and performers.”
“I want it to be somewhere that was fun, somewhere that is irreverent, somewhere that you can play bangers, somewhere where you can play songs people know — you can play anything, do anything and people can lose themselves,” he said.
