Indira Paganotto has returned to her imprint, ARTCORE, to share new EP ‘Heaven Is For Warriors’.

She described the record on her Instagram as the “soundtrack” to her summer – and having played across clubs and parties including Awakenings, Circoloco, EXIT Festival and fabric over the last year, it’s likely that the keen psy-meets-techno heads will already be familiar with the two-tracker.

Embracing the sound she has become renowned for across a trailblazing year for the Spanish DJ and producer, the record spans two extensive pystrance-meets-techno cuts, primed for club soundsystems.

Opener ”Heaven Is For Warriors’ takes a hot ‘n’ heavy approach, opening with thumping grooves of drums and a crisp percussive drive to result in a raw, gritty cut, whilst ‘Requiem’ delves into the darker realms as its atmospheric opening makes way for flurried techno packed with synths, sirens and pads.

“To see the label grow, develop and provide as a platform to so many artists – and I don’t just mean music; we have a painter working with us, designers, photographers and videographers, writers, plus of course producers and DJs – is truly remarkable,” Paganotto tells Mixmag. “Not to mention the community that is centred around it! I am beyond proud, not just with what we have created, but that I can personally contribute to ARTCORE through creating music. I am just a piece in this puzzle. It fills my heart with joy!”
