– Transitioning to the late ’90s, Mike adopted CDs, using Denon DN2600, and incorporated Technics 1200 turntables along with a Pioneer DJM mixer. The Open Format style persisted, reflecting his adaptability to diverse musical genres.

💿 **2013 – Embracing the Digital Age:**
– In 2013, Mike entered the digital era with CDJ 2000 Nexus multiplayer and a DJM 900 Nexus mixer. This phase marked a shift to USBs alongside CDs, showcasing Mike’s enthusiasm for evolving DJ technologies.

🎶 **Mid to Late 2010s – Mixtapes and Multiple Roles:**
– Juggling two jobs, Mike continued to craft mixtapes for friends, showcasing his dedication to the art despite time constraints.

🌍 **2019 – Global Dreams Hindered by COVID:**
– Plans to travel and DJ around the world faced a setback due to the COVID pandemic. Undeterred, Mike connected with online DJ groups and eventually discovered the Club Ready DJ course, joining the Tribe in 2021, forming bonds with talented friends along the way.

🔊 **2022 – The Upgrade and Club Ready Radio:**
– In 2022, Mike embraced the CDJ 3000, a testament to his commitment to staying at the forefront of DJ technology. Joining Club Ready Radio, he now hosts a 2-hour show every Saturday from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM ACST.
